Belleville is a product of a simple love story:
Mainer meets Frenchie, who marry and together dream of opening a bakery. They move to Paris, learn to bake, and eventually settle in Mainer’s hometown to raise a family and open a bakery.
Belleville opened its doors in October 2017 on Munjoy Hill. The bakery currently operates entirely out of the Woodfords Corner (767 Forest Ave) location. The bakery focuses on laminated pastry.
